  • Sarah Dunne Pickrell

    Sarah is an artist, yoga instructor, spiritual director, and organizer. She is a founding leader and antiracism trainer with The Open Table KC, a PCUSA 1001 New Worshiping Community. She lives in Kansas City, MO on the land of the Kickapoo, Kaw, Osage and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ. She is an advocate for racial, economic, and environmental justice and passionate about the intersections of spirituality and social equity. As an animal lover and nature enthusiast, Sarah spends much of her free time outdoors or creating art inspired by the natural world.

  • Kevin Johnson

    Kevin Johnson (who prefers to be called “Rev Kev”) was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He lived in Colorado for 11 years while completing undergraduate and seminary degrees. He currently lives in Detroit, MI., (sacred lands of the Three Fires Council - Chippewa, Ottawa, and Potawatomi Nations). Through his maternal grandmother he has traced Choctaw blood. He has served as a chaplain in a women's prison as well as a hospital specializing in women's medicine. He "retired" after serving Detroit Calvary Presbyterian Church for 23 years. He and Jacqueline have been married 32 years.

  • Samuel Pendergrast

    Samuel L. Pendergrast, D. Min., is the interim pastor of FPC Cazenovia, NY. He was ordained in 1987 and is currently a member of Utica Presbytery. He and his wife Cynthia currently live in Rome, NY, which is on Iroquois/Oneida land. He was born in North Georgia on Muscogee Creek/Cherokee land. He has two sons who live in the Boston area.
